What Happens If It’s Raining On The Day Of My Booking?

We’re a mobile team, dedicated to providing you with an outstanding shine. However, if the great outdoors isn’t playing the game, here is what we can do.

If it’s looking like it’s going to be a total wash out on the day of your booking, we will contact you directly by phone to discuss some options going forward.

These may be:

  • postpone your booking to later in the day, (should there be no other conflicts)

  • postpone your booking to another date,

For us, your car’s shine and your happiness are paramount. So we will do everything in our power to come up with a solution.

With our Packages, you will see variation in what is provided. For example, our Deluxe Package has an Interior Vaccuum. Whereas our Premium and Signature Packages include a Detail Vaccuum of your vehicle.
